Uruguayan Beef Striploin — New York Strip — Specifications
The striploin — internationally known as the New York strip — is a premium short-loin cut prized for its balance of leanness, natural marbling, and intense beef flavour. Frigorífico Pando's Uruguayan striploin comes from Hereford and Angus cattle processed at our USDA Est. 439-certified facility in Pando, Canelones, under Uruguay's rigorous national traceability system.
Available boneless, trimmed to 0 mm or 3–5 mm fat cover, vacuum-packed as whole striploin (~4–6 kg) or portioned into steaks. Consistently graded for hotel, restaurant, institutional (HRI) and premium retail supply chains. Eligible under our Hilton Quota and Never Ever 3 programs for EU and US premium buyers.
Our striploin is exported to China, the EU, USA, Japan, South Korea, Israel, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Canada. Custom trim, portion size, fat depth, and private-label packing specifications are welcomed. Chilled air-freight or reefer-frozen formats available.
