Frigorífico Pando's Uruguayan lamb rack comes from Corriedale and Merino crossbred sheep, grass-fed on Uruguay's natural pampas pastures, delivering the clean, delicate flavour profile that European and Asian fine-dining importers pay premiums for.

Available French-trimmed (Frenched rack, cap off), untrimmed, or crown-cut. Typically 7–8 bones per rack, 0.7–1.0 kg per rack. Chilled air-freight for premium restaurant supply chains; frozen reefer for longer supply chains. Halal-certified racks available with per-batch religious documentation.
